Saint Elizabeth Home, a trusted provider since 1882, is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center with 162 beds, offering short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized memory care. Additionally, hospice care is provided with specially trained staff in partnership with outside hospice providers. In 2017, Saint Elizabeth GREEN HOUSE® Homes opened, introducing an innovative new concept of nursing home care to Rhode Island.

Saint Elizabeth Home is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center with 162 beds. Located in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, Saint Elizabeth Home provides exceptional Short Term Rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized memory care, and offers two distinct models of care on a single campus.
Saint Elizabeth Home's main building has three separate living and dining areas, each with both private and semi-private rooms. "The Cove" is a secure neighborhood for those with memory care needs, "The Bay" for long-term residents, and "The Hill" for short-term rehabilitation patients. In addition to a well-equipped rehab room, Saint Elizabeth Home has many amenities. There are a wide array of activities to choose from daily, and outdoor porches, patios, and gardens for all to enjoy.
THE GREEN HOUSE® Homes
THE GREEN HOUSE® Homes, built adjacent to Saint Elizabeth Home, opened in 2017, bringing an innovative new model of nursing home care to Rhode Island. The four houses are each home to twelve residents. Bedrooms and bathrooms are private, and shared community spaces include a dining room, hearth room, den, porches, and patio. These homes have all the amenities that make them real homes complimented by the features of a state of the art nursing home
